Italian crime lord Santino D’Antonio (Riccardo Scamarcio) comes to John Wick (Keanu Reeves) to collect a favor, but he refuses… until he’s persuaded to honor his commitments and do a job in Rome. A sequel that offers fans of the first movie exactly what they want – Reeves fighting and killing endless adversaries, combined with a deeper look at the shady world and infrastructure of international assassins introduced in the original. Overlong and silly, with no tension since Wick is more or less indestructible, but still offers guilty thrills.
